I recently had to contact support for a failed DFI sensor (out of warranty), and got a response within a few days. After some discussion with support, they did send me a new DFI kit, so in total that process took about 2 weeks to have the replacement part delivered. Since you are still in warranty, I imagine that process will be quicker for you.

Well, about 2 weeks ago it over rotated during a cycle and became "stuck" (wouldn't rotate back into starting position).
